Days Inn by Wyndham Vega TX

I did the reservation in that hotel, because it say on the website that it had a inside pool , but when I got there I asked where was it located and the told me it wasn't working, I went to see and it was been used like a storage ,than breakfast was only waffles, eggs n plain biscuits, no ketchup. For drinks was regular coffee, juice n milk.

Great place to stay to avoid the hectic exits of Amarillo. Clean remodeled room. Plenty of parking in back if you're towing a trailer.

This is the type of hotel you go to so to sleep - the rooms are clean, the beds comfortable enough, and the location is perfect (right off the freeway & close to gas stations). While you can hear the hum of the freeway, for the traveler in need of sleep it's quiet enough to lull you to sleep. It's not too busy so you don't have to worry about making a reservation. We've stayed twice & plan to make it our overnight stop when traveling through. My husband says "it's not the Ritz Carton but it does provide a comfortable room for the traveler in need of rest."

Room was nice, clean. Pool still out of service. Lady checking us in didn't smile was not friendly and acted like we was disturbing her...she was a zero for customer service. Location right off freeway was nice but a room on East side of building would be better, west side of building you get Jake brake noise.

Rooms were a welcome sight. Service was nice and friendly. Coffe was in the morning was not good. It didn't sit well with my stomach and might be old but breakfast was good. Location was perfect as we needed a place to weather the storm rolling thru this area closing roads.

Read between the lines here. The staff are really friendly. The rooms are very clean. No complimentary water for $100 a night. The amenities you would normally expect such as shampoo and body wash were for the most part non-existent. They provide two teeny bars of soap, one little bottle of tea type shampoo for a room with two beds. Again the shampoo and other amenities were seriously lacking. No water , really?

Staying here for one night. When we're on vacation we want all the amenities. When traveling across country with my dogs, and I need a place to sleep for the night, I comfort, safety, cleanliness. This Days Inn has all three. Friendly staff was a bonus. If you need a place to stay while driving interstate 40. I highly recommend.

Rooms were nice, they appear to be recently remodeled. The hotel was very clean and everyone was pleasant that I dealt with. My only complaint out of an otherwise quite enjoyable stay was the disappointing breakfast selection. I knew it wasn’t going to be a hot breakfast but I expected more then the honey buns. Now mind you these weren’t fresh honey buns & doughnut they were the same prepackaged honey buns they had in the vending machine around the corner. The only difference…these were placed on a serving tray and out on the counter.
